CphLAN Autumn Meeting 2026
Thursday 29 October 2026
Niels Bohr Building, Copenhagen
A full day on laboratory automation and high-throughput screening — talks, special interest groups, a poster session, and plenty of time to compare notes. Focused on the methods and workflows, shared openly between the people who run the systems.
Registration closes Thursday 15 October 2026
A candid forum for laboratory automation.
CphLAN brings together super-users and managers within laboratory automation and high-throughput screening, from across industry and academia, to share experiences and best practices. The focus is on the methods, best practices and workflows — not the specific research they’re applied to.
Our meetings aim for open discussion with a high degree of participant activity — during the Q&As, the Special Interest Groups and the breaks. Presentations focus on the considerations made while establishing new automation and screening workflows, and what was learned along the way, while the breaks and discussions give ample room for networking.
CphLAN is the not-for-profit association behind these meetings — and registering for the meeting makes you a member for 12 months.
No sponsor — no vendors in the room.
We’re trying out a format where every second meeting has a sponsor. The autumn meeting has no sponsor — the day is for the members, with no vendors in the room.

Small-group sessions on the topics you choose.
Participants split into groups of 5–9 for the two SIG sessions. There’s no cap per topic — popular topics simply form more groups, and if a topic is quiet you’ll be offered another. Sign up for two different topics, or the same one twice to meet more people who share it.
